Limit 25 entries per class.
No class cancelations.
No refunds.

General Rules
Classes are open to all breeds, horses and ponies, unless otherwise specified. Horses will be judged by standard of breed. No dogs allowed on grounds without leash. No glass bottles on grounds. Smoking is prohibited. Food will be available on grounds. RV spaces are available All participants and family members are expected to display good conduct at all times. No level of abuse to any animal at the event will be allowed and will result in disqualification without refunds. Foul language, misconduct or abusive comments to any participant, spectator, staff member or volunteer will result in immediate disqualification with no refund at the discretion of the judges or event management. In all classes, the safety of the horse and rider are the first consideration. Riders or horses found to be unsafe and/or dangerous will be excused from the show grounds at the discretion of the judges or event management. Horses found to be lame or unsound will be excused by judge or management. Prizes will be awarded for 1st through 6th place.

Attire
All riders and attendants (exhibitors, coaches, parents, etc) must be suitably dressed for their chosen equestrian discipline. Horses must have appropriate tack for class.
Bits
♦ 1. No horse age limitations for use of snaffle or shank bits
♦ 2. Riders may ride with two hand in any riding style regardless of bit being use

English:
Dress
♦ 1. Hard hat, derby
♦ 2. Stock, tie and choker
♦ 3. High English boots, Jodhpur shoes or approved riding sport shoes, no street shoes or sneakers.
♦ 4. Shirt
♦ 5. Coat
♦ 6. Breeches
♦ 7. Spurs,crop (optional)
♦ 8. Hair must be contained


Western:
♦ 1. Western hat or helmet
♦ 2. Tie (western type or bandana)
♦ 3. Belt
♦ 4. Boots (western type , dingo’s or Approved Riding Sport shoes – no street shoes or sneakers)
♦ 5. Shirt ( must have collar and cuff, may wear turtleneck short or sweater, sleeveless or short sleeved under jacket, long sleeved under vest, or alone.)
♦ 6. Pants
♦ 7. Vest, jacket, spurs, chaps (optional)
♦ 8. gloves and chaps are optional in equitation classes
♦ 9. Horse may not wear tie down, training ford, etc
♦ 10. Hair must be contained

Entry Rules
Entry form implies acceptance of all rules

Signature of entry form certifies that all information is accurate.

Each rider and horse combination will be issued a number and must be worn in the arena.

No entry form will be accepted unless exhibitor and his/her parent or legal guardian agent sign it. All fees must accompany entry form.

There will be $50.00 fee for returned checks.

All exhibitors are required to sign a General Liability Waiver to exhibit in the horse show.

Exhibitors under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or guardian

No entries or fees will be refunded under any circumstances.

Classes may be dropped but with no refund. Classes may be added in exchange. No Entry for Mystery Class.

All decision of judges and management are final and not open to protest, contest or grievance in any manner. Judges may not own or train a horse, or be related to an exhibitor at the event.

Management reserves the privilege of substituting or changing judges if it becomes necessary.

Management reserves the right to return entries, transfer entries or combine classes and/or cancel any class in which, in its judgment, the entries are insufficient to secure adequate competition. No refunds. Management reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to, or arising out of, or incident to, the show without claims of damages or recourse of any kind.

Entry form must include copy of current Coggins. Original copy of copies must be shown on entrance to show grounds. Anyone without current Coggins at gate will not be admitted to grounds.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be sure that his/her horse is at the gate at the prescribed time for their class. 2 minute time limit for gate will be strictly enforced, or exhibitor will forfeit class. Gate will be closed 2 minutes after first horse enters arena.

Barn Rules
All horses must be stalled.
Stalls will be assigned. Stall bedding is required, shavings are available on request. Manure to be deposited in designated area.
Horse owners are responsible for their own horses’ safety and welfare. Adequate feed and water are the responsibility of the owner.
